Leadership: There is a person with whom you spend more time than any other, a person who has more influence over you, and more ability to interfere with or to support your growth than anyone else. This ever-present companion is your own self. This training program has been developed to meet a broad range of needs for today's dynamic leaders, the Leadership workshop addresses areas such as self-leadership, and strengths based performance, emotional intelligence and leadership impact. The courses present a potent mix of theory and strategy designed to maximize leadership capacity and provide a deeper understanding of your personal leadership style.
Professional Development: We promote the goals of individuals and organizations through a comprehensive range of training solutions. Our professional development training are designed to advance the skills of individuals, teams, organizations and government agencies. Our courses are led by senior executives, managers, authors, educators, consultants, course developers, and even CEOs. We work with you to implement talent development solutions that achieve your exact goals, with measurable results and maximum knowledge transfer.
Sustainable Development: Participants will be exposed to a variety of innovative solutions to common problems faced in the sustainable development sector and beyond, and gained tools for finding new ways to approach and solve their organization's challenges. This program uses a multi-sector, participatory approach that focuses on empowerment of people as both the ends and means of a sustainable development process. More than 30 courses will be offered during the training event including: Microfinance and the Role of Women, Local Communities and Climate Change Mitigation Strategies, Social Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development, Financial Management, Fundraising Techniques etc. The complete courses list and description can be found on the program.
Availability of Bursaries: A number of attendance sponsorship intended to cover the participation of delegates from middle and low income countries are available. The sponsorship is to encourage quality research, mobility and networking among participants. Participants are invited to inquire about the availability of bursaries.
